We want you to love your rest, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all Mellow Sleep bedding and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within the eligibility window.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in good condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
